Terms and Conditions

Prices shown are in U. S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. All equipment is shipped F. O. B. Norcross, Georgia unless indicated otherwise. Terms are 4%-if post marked within 7 Days, Net 30 Days. No discounts are offered for custom products, service, repair or freight charges. International shipments may be subject to a service fee of $ 25.00.

     A restocking charge will not apply if item is returned within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice in its original packing. Items returned after the thirty(30) day period will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. Equipment returned after 160 days will not be eligible for credit.

     Equipment and cabling manufactured by Odyssey Products, Inc. is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a one-year period from the date of shipment. There are no other express or implied warranties.
     During the warranty period Odyssey will repair or replace, at its option, components which prove defective. Replacement items will be sent UPS ground or two-day freight paid. Overnight freight will be billed at the full amount if that service is requested. Out of warranty repairs or replacements are subject to freight charges. Equipment must be returned prepaid to Odyssey. Defects caused by modifications, misuse, accidents or shipping damage caused by inadequate packing for service return are not covered by this warranty. A return authorization must be obtained from Odyssey or its agents prior to returning any products. This number should be marked on all paperwork and shipping containers.
