New Product Warranty

Items manufactured by Odyssey Products, Inc. are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.

During the warranty period Odyssey will repair or replace, at its option, components which prove defective. Replacement items will be sent via UPS Ground or 2 Day freight paid. Overnight freight will be billed at the full amount if the service is requested. Out of warranty repairs or replacements are subject to freight charges. Equipment must be returned pre-paid to Odyssey.

Defects caused by modifications, misuse, improper installation, accidents or shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging for service return are not covered and will null and void this warranty. An return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Odyssey prior to returning any products for repair. This number should be marked on all paperwork and packaging.

Repaired Product Warranty

Items outside of the "1 Year New Product Warranty" will be provided with a 30 day "parts and labor" warranty on the specific component(s) repaired or replaced. The 30 day warranty also applies to non OEM equipment repaired by Odyssey. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.
